D. Michael Kane dmichaelkane@aol.com

D. Michael Kane, founder and owner of Kane Financial Services, is a Registered Investment Adviser.
He received his BA in Sociology from the University of Michigan, and his MBA in Management and
Finance from Golden Gate University. As an undergraduate, he taught graduate-level psychology courses at Michigan. He has also worked for the U.S. Department of Defense, Firestone Tire & Rubber, and Kaiser Cement. While on assignment with DOD, he was decorated by the Secretary of Defense. He has been successfully managing portfolios since 1977. In 1983, he passed the SEC/NASD General Securities Exam - Series 2. In 1990, he passed the Uniform Securities Agent Exam - Series 63. And, in 1997, he passed the General Securities Principal Exam - Series 24. In addition to his KFS responsibilities, Michael serves Los Gatos as an apponited Planning Commissioner. He is a member of the governing board for the Community Hospital of Los Gatos. He is also a member of the Los Gatos Morning Rotary, and was for many years on the board of the Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Masayuki (Mas) Omura received BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from MIT. He also received a Ph.D. degree from Stanford in Electrical Engineering. He had an illustrious 30-year career with NASA starting as a research scientist and culminating in a Senior Executive Service position: Deputy Director of Center Operations Directorate, NASA/Ames Research Center. Mas received numerous awards from NASA including two Exceptional Service Medals. He has considerable interest in stocks and bonds, and has been in the "market" personally since the early 1970's. Mas serves KFS as an Account Supervisor and is a Registered Investment Adviser.

Charles "Don" Davis, CMFC, received his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of
California, Berkeley, with MBA course work in Marketing and Finance at the University of Santa Clara. He has worked for Ampex, GenRad, InterMed, and Spectral Dynamics in the fields of instrumentation and computer test systems in various engineering, marketing, and sales positions. Don has a certificate in Personal Financial Planning from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and has achieved a high level of success in managing his family financial portfolio for the past 20 years. He recently earned the title Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor, which designates him as having thorough knowledge of mutualfunds and their uses as investment vehicles. Don serves KFS as an Account Supervisor, is a Registered Investment Adviser and Financial Planner.

Dr. Linda Nebenzahl, EA, received her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and earned a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She was previously employed by IBM as an engineering middle manager, and recently embarked on a second career in financial planning. She has passed the highly intensive Certified Financial Planning examination. Linda serves KFS as an Account Supervisor, Registered Investment Adviser, Financial Planner and Enrolled Agent (tax planning and preparation).

Kathy Loop received her BS degree in Journalism from San Jose State University, and has completed
courses toward an advanced degree in Communications. She has worked in office administration and
management for over 17 years, including seven years as executive assistant to the president of a
Silicon Valley-based software company. Kathy serves KFS as Office Manager.

Ping Rong Xue received her BS and MS degrees in Electronic Engineering from Xidian University,
China. She was previously employed as an integrated circuit designer for Motorola. Ping passed the
examinations for Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and is currently pursuing an MBA at San Jose
State University. Ping serves KFS as an Assistant in Account Management and Office Operations.
